The Board of Directors supports the work of Fenway Health and provides mission-based leadership and governance. Although day-to-day operations are the responsibility of Fenway’s CEO, and the leadership team at Fenway, the Board of Directors role is active and important. We are actively seeking individuals who are committed to Fenway Health and bring the richly diverse backgrounds and perspectives that reflects our inclusive patient population. Employees of Fenway Health and their immediate family members are not eligible to serve on Fenway Health’s Board of Directors.

Any applications submitted now will be considered for the term that begins on July 1st, 2025, and are due no later than February 14th, 2025. Conflicts of Interest

Every member of the Board of Directors is required to make full disclosure of any and all actual, perceived, and potential conflicts of interest on an annual basis. Directors are also required to disclose a conflict of interest when it becomes known between annual disclosures. The failure to disclose a conflict of interest is reason for immediate dismissal from the Board of Directors. If your candidacy is put forward by the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, you will be asked to complete a conflicts of interest disclosure.
