Board of Directors Information and Application

Thank you for your interest in and support of Fenway Health.

The Board of Directors supports the work of Fenway Health and provides mission-based leadership and governance. Although day-to-day operations are the responsibility of Fenway’s CEO, and the leadership team at Fenway, the Board of Directors role is active and important. You can learn more about the specific responsibilities of a Board member at Fenway Health by reviewing our Board of Directors Job Description.

Fenway Health has undertaken a commitment to become an antiracist organization by working to overcome the disparities and inequities that exist in the services we provide, the people we reach, the workplace culture we foster and the outcomes we achieve. Fenway Health is looking for dedicated community leaders who will represent the heart and soul of our organization, outreach to other “connectors” who will bring resources to fulfill our mission, change-makers who will help us break down barriers, and forward-thinkers who will guide our future. We are actively seeking individuals who are committed to Fenway Health and bring the richly diverse backgrounds and perspectives that reflects our inclusive patient population. You can nominate yourself or share this with someone that you know.

Employees of Fenway Health and their immediate family members are not eligible to serve on Fenway Health’s Board of Directors.

Any applications submitted now will be considered for the term that begins on July 1st, 2025, and are due no later than February 14th, 2025. We invite you to submit either an online application or download a paper copy of the application, fill it out, and email it to the address provided on the application.
