Joe has focused his career on strengthening hospitals and health care organizations through progressive and fiscally sound operational leadership. He is currently the Vice President, Medical Administration for the Partners Continuing Care Network, a division of the Partners Healthcare system. In that capacity, he oversees the administrative functions of medical affairs, research, and education for the Spaulding and Partners Health Care at Home networks.
Prior to joining PCC, Joe served as the Executive Associate Dean at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, overseeing the school’s finances, facilities, clinical and academic operations, and leading its strategic planning process. He has also held senior leadership positions in both academic medical centers and a community hospital.
Joe earned a B.S. from Boston College, an M.B.A. from Suffolk University, and a Ph.D. in Health Policy from Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management, where he also taught Corporate Finance.
