Fenway Health To Open New COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic In Jamaica Plain

By May 12, 2021 June 4th, 2021 Fenway Health Newsroom

As part of our continuing efforts to improve the accessibility of COVID-19 vaccines, Fenway Health is opening a new COVID-19 vaccine clinic at our AIDS Action main offices in Jamaica Plain. The clinic, located at 75 Amory St, Boston, is scheduled to welcome the general public for appointments starting on Monday, May 17.

This expansion will allow us to vaccinate more people, while better reaching some of the communities most impacted by COVID-19 in the state. 75 Amory St. is a five-minute walk from the Jackson Square MBTA station, making this location easy to access by public transportation.

During the clinic’s first week, we will be offering appointments between 9:00 AM  and 4:00 PM. Our goal is to expand these appointment hours over time in order to accommodate those whose schedules make it difficult to get vaccinated during regular business hours.

If you or someone you know is 18 or older, eligible for vaccination, and would like to schedule an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine at 75 Amory St., please register at www.fenwayhealth.org/appointments. We are also offering vaccinations at our main offices at 1340 Boylston St. and at 142 Berkley St. in the South End.

Please note that Fenway is not currently able to vaccinate anyone under 18, as only the Pfizer vaccine has so far been approved for that age group and Fenway is receiving Moderna from the Department of Public HealthFor a list of sites that are able to vaccinate younger people, please click here.

We will continue regular outreach to our patients, especially those most at risk of becoming infected or having serious illness due to COVID-19, and have set aside appointment slots to guarantee they will be able to be vaccinated when they are ready.

If you are a Fenway Health or AIDS Action patient or client who hasn’t been vaccinated yet and would like to be, please visit www.fenwayhealth.org/appointments to schedule an appointment.
