David Todisco, MSW, LICSW, is Director of Behavioral Health at Fenway Health. He oversees a department of over 80 staff that includes therapists, social workers, addictions specialists, psychiatrists, case managers, acupuncturists, and LGBTQ violence recovery advocates and counselors.
Programs and services within the Behavioral Health Department include outpatient psychotherapy and psychiatry; integrated behavioral health care; the Addiction and Recovery Wellness Program; case management and community-based case management services; the Violence Recovery Program; LGBT parenting and family services.
Todisco earned a Master of Social Work from Simmons College and his B.A. from UMASS Boston. He received clinical training at University Hospital (now Boston Medical Center), Massachusetts General Hospital, and South End Community Health Center.
Todisco has over twenty-five years of experience providing behavioral health care within health care settings. Prior to joining Fenway Health in 2001, Todisco was a community based, and in-patient medical social worker at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was also a volunteer at AAC, staffing the hotline and as a support group facilitator.
