Monique Willett, LICSW is Co-Executive Director of Behavioral Health and Associate Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at Fenway Health. Monique holds her BA and has a Master’s of Social Work. She enjoys working with all types of individuals and all diagnoses. Her practice is solution-focused and action-oriented in order to help individuals develop the tools they need to graduate from therapy and get to the business of living their best life. Monique has a strong medical background of knowledge which is useful when individuals have co-occurring medical challenges that may impact their mental health as well. Additionally, she is experienced in medical social work including intensive care, oncology, emergency medicine, in addition to behavioral health. Additionally, Monique has experience working with substance use, and brief and solution-focused therapy. She is well-versed in crisis work, chronic mental illness, and couples work.
