Frank Fleming, LICSW, LADC1

Frank specialized his graduate training in substance use treatment and has been working in substance use treatment programs since 1997. He has experience working in youth development and school-based substance abuse prevention programs, homeless shelters, HIV prevention programs and as a behavioral health outpatient provider. He began working for Fenway Health in 2001, initially as Manager of HIV Prevention Education and, since 2006, as Manager of Medical Social Work and Substance Abuse Services. Frank currently oversees the implementation of behavioral health services into the primary care environment. He supervises the medical case management team, the team of integrated therapists and the substance use treatment program.
