Garret (he/him) joined Fenway as a therapist in 2022. Garret holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Oberlin College. Prior to Fenway Health, he served as lead clinician of the Triangle Program, an intensive behavioral health program for LGBTQIA+ adults. Garret’s clinical interests include LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, anxiety, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity. His work emphasizes accessible mindfulness, realistic behavioral change, and building on clients’ strengths. He uses a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as elements of internal family systems, liberation health, and narrative therapy. Garret’s hobbies include cooking, gaming, and music production.
