Jennie is a Director in PwC’s U.S. Forensic Services Practice. She provides litigation consulting, forensic accounting and investigative services for both public and private companies. She specializes in providing litigation support and damages testimony as well as conducting internal investigations. She has significant litigation experience serving as both testifying expert and consulting expert in various matters involving complex damage and accounting issues related to breach of contracts, breach of fiduciary duties, intellectual property, personal injury and divorce proceedings. Her work includes mediation assistance and expert reports involving analysis of financial information and damage calculations including, reasonable royalties, lost wages, lost profits and disgorgement of profits, at both the state and Federal court levels.
In addition to acting as a consulting and testifying expert witness Ms. Beaudoin’s assists audit committees, general counsel, boards and management in addressing allegations of fraud, illegal acts, non-compliance, corruption and integrity of financial statements. She has helped clients successfully navigate investigations and remediation efforts while working alongside internal and external auditors and counsel. Her global investigations experience spans numerous industries including, multi-level marketing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace manufacturing, staffing, real estate, construction, financial services, insurance, consumer and retail products and technology.
