By November 23, 2015 January 20th, 2021 Fenway Health Newsroom

The Transgender Health Program at Fenway Health is happy to announce that Cei Lambert has joined the team in the role of Patient Advocate. Cei (pronounced “Kay”) comes to Fenway with a multidisciplinary background and a long history of work in advocacy, education, policy, and inclusion. Cei will be working under the direction of Ruben Hopwood, the Transgender Health Program Coordinator and Tim Cavanaugh, Medical Director of Transgender Health.

Prior to Fenway, Cei worked as the Diversity Projects Manager for Campus Recreation at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he helped initiate the construction of gender-inclusive locker rooms and integrate LGBTQ inclusion policy into the department strategic plan. Cei has also worked as a support group facilitator for trans-identified persons, a mentor for youth in the juvenile detention system, a college art instructor, an illustrator, and a textile designer.

Cei moved to Boston this June after finishing his Master of Fine Arts degree at Colorado State University. He is enjoying getting to know the city and is especially excited to explore the art museums and the sea coast. In his spare time Cei likes to make art, listen to audiobooks, do Tae Kwon Do, and go birdwatching.

Cei can be contacted at clambert@fenwayhealth.org.
