Brian Alejandro Sandoval, PhD is an organizational psychologist with more than 15 years of experience leveraging data and organizational science to build high-performing, inclusive cultures. His work helps employees feel connected, heard, and empowered, with a sense of belonging at the center of how they experience work. He currently serves as Director of Colleague Experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and has previously held HR leadership roles at Citizens Bank, Biogen, and Liberty Mutual.
Brian holds PhD and MS degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology from Harvard University. A child of immigrants and longtime Fenway Health patient, Brian is drawn to Fenway’s mission of centering LGBTQIA+ people, BIPOC individuals, and other underserved communities. A native of Los Angeles, Brian and his husband have called Boston home for nearly 20 years.
