Justin Douglas, RN, MSN, MBA is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across acute, behavioral health, and community-based care settings. He has held a series of increasingly senior roles, most recently serving as the Vice President of Nursing at Vinfen Corporation, where he provides executive oversight of nursing clinical practice across all divisions. A highlight of his executive career includes his tenure at Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, where he rose from Chief Nursing Officer to Chief Executive Officer, leading strategic initiatives across all clinical and operational divisions serving Massachusetts’ most vulnerable populations. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University and a Masters of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
