Soltan Bryce

Soltan Bryce is a Managing Consultant specializing in public healthcare strategy and technology at Guidehouse, a global professional services firm delivering advisory, technology, and managed services to the commercial and government sectors. Prior to this role, he served as a Leadership Fellow and Special Assistant to the COO and EVP of Strategy at Boston Medical Center Health System, where he led digital transformation and care innovation initiatives. 

Soltan began his career implementing healthcare data analytics at The Advisory Board Company and launching enterprise EHR services at Athena Health. He led growth and marketing as a member of the founding team of Plume, the first digital health company to provide gender-affirming care. 

Soltan received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar, and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he served as Co-President of the Health Care and Pride Clubs. He served as an LGBTQ Commissioner for the City of Cambridge from 2021-2022.
