Terrence West, MBA, is President and Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Jeevan Therapeutics, a Cambridge-based biotechnology company developing innovative therapies for autoimmune diseases. He brings more than 25 years of healthcare and life sciences leadership experience spanning drug development, corporate strategy, operations, and governance across both public and private organizations. Throughout his career, Terrence has held senior leadership roles supporting the development and commercialization of innovative medicines and has served in advisory and governance capacities within healthcare organizations. He earned an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Arizona. A Fenway Health patient since 2007, Terrence is deeply committed to inclusive, patient-centered care and is honored to support Fenway’s mission as a member of the Board of Directors.
