We’re excited to announce that Dr. Bradley Milam has been appointed Director of Clinical Education at Fenway Health.
Dr. Milam joined Fenway in 2023 and is a family medicine physician who brings a commitment to patient care, teaching, and mentorship. In this role, he will lead Fenway’s clinical education programs, overseeing the training and supervision of internal medicine and family medicine residents who rotate through Fenway and strengthening interdisciplinary learning across our clinical departments.
The Director of Clinical Education plays a central role in fostering a vibrant learning culture at Fenway. Bradley will work closely with clinical leaders across the organization and with The Fenway Institute to support innovative and inclusive training environments that reflect our commitment to equity, excellence, and patient-centered care.
“I’m thrilled to step into the role of Director of Clinical Education. I love working at Fenway, I believe deeply in our mission, and I’m honored to build on our incredible educational programs and support our staff and patients in this new capacity. I look forward to advancing the work we do every day to provide affirming, high-quality care to our community,” said Dr. Milam.
“Bradley brings a rare combination of clinical excellence, kindness, and deep commitment to the communities we serve,” said Dr. Will Giordano-Perez, Chief Medical Officer at Fenway Health. “His patients trust him, his colleagues value him as a thoughtful teammate, and his understanding of how complex social realities intersect with health care makes him an extraordinary educator for the next generation of clinicians. I’m excited to see him help shape Fenway’s clinical learning environment.”
