Daniel Michaud Joins Fenway Health As Chief Human Resources Officer

We are pleased to announce that Daniel Michaud, MPA will join Fenway Health in the newly created position of Chief Human Resources Officer starting November 5. In this new role, Dan will report directly to the CEO and will be a strategic leader in strengthening the culture at Fenway.

Dan is a skilled, strategic Human Resources leader with extensive experience managing complex organizational issues and building strong relationships with multiple constituencies. He has proven success working with senior leaders to design, align and implement processes that support the business strategy and drive change in areas of improvement. Dan has over 25 years of experience in complex healthcare organizations and is a creative thought partner, problem solver and decision maker who provides a calming presence and stability in times of change. His leadership ability, character and personality will be a great fit within our Fenway culture.

Dan has most recently served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Boston Children’s Hospital where he oversaw and directed all operations of Human Resources at BCH. He has also been the Chief Human Resources Office at Harvard Vanguard/Atrius Health in Newton and served as Corporate Regional VP for HR for Caritas Christi Health Care, which was the second largest healthcare system in New England.

Dan has additional experience in Human Resources in both the healthcare and financial services industries for several organizations in New England. A native of Maine, Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science and Psychology, both from the University of Maine in Orono.
