Fenway Health Completes Security Review; Improvements Planned

The Fenway Health Board of Directors and Leadership Committee, in collaboration with the Fenway Facilities department, recently completed an extensive, three-month review of safety and security policies and practices at all our locations. Based on this review, we are implementing improvements for the safety and security for all our staff, patients, and visitors.

A Security Program Director will be hired to oversee safety and security of our growing organization at its many locations. This position has been posted and applications are now being accepted.

Additionally, a new Security Program will be established across the organization. This program will include implementation of best practices around safety and security improvements and extensive training for all staff at all locations.

We believe that these security improvements will better position Fenway Health to continue to grow and provide high quality care for the communities we serve.
