Dr. Yanzel Vanegas earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based dental care. She believes that building strong, trusting relationships with patients is the foundation of excellent dentistry and strives to create a comfortable environment where every patient feels heard and valued. Dr. Vanegas combines the latest evidence-based dental techniques with patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their oral health and maintain healthy smiles for years to come. Outside of the office, Dr. Vanegas enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking, and playing tennis. She also loves exploring new restaurants, trying different cuisines, and discovering unique dishes. When she is not out exploring, she enjoys spending quality time with her cat.
