We are pleased to announce that Jayson Duley, CPP has joined Fenway Health in the newly created position of Director of Safety and Security.
Jayson is a highly accomplished and solutions-focused professional with more than 20 years of progressive security and management experience with a heavy emphasis on developing security strategies and programs for the private sector. He has deep experience in the application of industry standard practices for security and safety of personnel, assets, and information. His areas of expertise include: Corporate Security, Event Security Management, Emergency Response, Global Security Operations, and Training. Jayson is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) in Security Management by ASIS and has been certified as an Industrial Security Facility Security Officer (FSO).
Originally from Maine, Jayson joined the Air Force after high school and has an impressive background in security for a wide variety of organizations. He has most recently served as a Director for Pinkerton Consulting & Investigation covering a number of clients in Northern New England. He has worked as the Manager of Industrial Security and Compliance for Aerojet Rocketdyne, an American rocket and missile propulsion manufacturer and served as District Director for 7 states in the Western US for Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services. He has also worked in security for well-known companies such as eBay, Intel and Hewlett Packard. Jayson is an honors graduate of the US Air Force Security Police Academy and graduated from the New Hampshire Special Police Academy.
The Director of Safety and Security position is an important component of our recently completed, extensive review of safety and security policies and practices at all our locations. Safety and security were among the most mentioned concerns at the Board of Directors listening sessions earlier this year. Jayson is charged with overseeing the safety and security for all our staff, patients and visitors, and helping to create a new, organization-wide security program.
