Greetings from the staff at The Sidney Borum, Jr. Health Program! As you may know, we were forced to close the doors at our Kneeland Street offices back in March due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We’d like to give our patients, clients, and community an update on where our care and services stand today.
Although the Borum is not currently working out of this physical space, our staff is still able to treat our patients and clients. The Borum Medical team is seeing patients through video telehealth appointments or, in some cases, in person at either of our other two Fenway Health locations: the Fenway South End at 142 Berkley Street in Boston’s South End or at 1340 Boylston Street in the Fenway neighborhood. The Borum Behavioral Health Team is also still seeing clients, through telehealth only. We also are continuing to welcome new patients in both departments.
Despite the challenges 2020 have brought us, we at the Borum are still very much engaged in working with our primary care, transgender, adolescent, and behavioral health patients and clients. From acute and chronic care to specialty care and services, the Borum is here for you. While we don’t yet know when the Kneeland Street offices will be able to reopen, please know that we will continue to provide the best quality care for our community.
