As part of our commitment to moving Fenway in a new direction and ensuring a workplace free from sexual harassment, bullying and other inappropriate behavior, we will be conducting mandatory training for all staff at Fenway Health, AIDS Action and The Fenway Institute in the coming weeks.
The training is titled Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Awareness and is conducted by Cally Ritter, LICSW, with several specific goals:
- How to create and maintain respectful workplaces
- Increase awareness of workplace harassment and discrimination
- Understand protected categories
- Understand company policy
- Understand what defines harassment
- How to handle concerns
We believe that this training will be another positive step forward for Fenway and for a safer, more inclusive community.
