As part of Fenway Health’s commitment to creating an environment that values and supports employee engagement and promotes a healthy organization moving forward, one of the most important initiatives we’ve announced recently is the formation of our Employee Advisory Council (EAC). The EAC’s mission is to create an environment that values and supports employee engagement and promotes a healthy organization by supporting communication, input and transparency between staff and leadership.
We are pleased to share that the formation of the EAC is now complete, with the final membership roster now in place. More than 50 people expressed interest in serving on the EAC and from that group, we’ve selected 20 staff members for our initial EAC. The members come from all parts of the organizations with most departments and locations represented.
The first EAC meeting will take place on Thursday, March 22 and the group will meet monthly. We look forward to sharing news and information from this important group.
