142 Berkeley Street Move

Staff, providers, and programs from Fenway: South End, the Sidney Borum, Jr. Health Program, and the Fenway Pharmacy will be moving from 142 Berkeley Street to 1340 Boylston Street later this summer. We look forward to welcoming you to 1340 Boylston and continuing to provide the high quality medical and behavioral health care you rely on while also providing easy access to expanded services like dental, optometry, and radiology. All of the care and specialty services offered by Fenway Health are designed to center the needs of our LGBTQIA+ patients. We look forward to welcoming you to 1340 Boylston.

Important Dates

Now through August 2024

  • Your appointments will continue to take place at 142 Berkeley Street UNLESS you are a patient of Dr. Stephen Dunn or Dr. Anne d’Avenas
    • Stephen Dunn has already started seeing patients at 1340 Boylston Street.
    • Anne d’Avenas starts seeing patients at 1340 Boylston Street on Monday, 7/15.
  • If you use our pharmacy’s home delivery service, talk to your provider or the pharmacy about transferring your prescriptions to the pharmacy at 1340 Boylston Street.

September 2024

  • The move is scheduled for the weekend of September 14 – 15. Starting September 16, all patient appointments will take place at 1340 Boylston Street.
  • Check with your provider or pharmacist about transferring your prescriptions. We will transfer remaining prescriptions automatically after September 13.
  • We will share as much information as possible in the weeks leading up to the move.
  • Appointment text message reminders will include the correct location. Call 617.247.7555 if you have any questions.
  • September 16, 2024, onward: The move will be complete and all appointments and prescription refills will take place at 1340 Boylston Street.

When is the move happening?

  • In July and August, your appointments will continue to take place at 142 Berkeley Street UNLESS you are a patient of Dr. Stephen Dunn or Dr. Anne d’Avenas. They have both started seeing patients at 1340 Boylston Street already.
  • We will share as much information as possible in the weeks leading up to the move, which is scheduled for the weekend of September 14 – 15. Starting September 16, all patient appointments will take place at 1340 Boylston Street.
  • Appointment text message reminders will include the correct location.
  • You can also call 617.247.7555 if you have any questions.

Public Transportation

  • The Green Line’s Fenway, St. Mary’s and Kenmore stations are all within walking distance.
  • You can also take the 39 Bus or the Green Line to the Museum of Fine Arts or the Orange Line to Ruggles station and walk across the Back Bay Fens to Boylston Street.
  • The 55 bus from Copley Square will drop you off on Boylston Street just steps from 1340.

Driving

  • There is paid parking underneath 1330 Boylston Street and there are several public parking lots and garages in the neighborhood.
  • There are also many two-hour meter spots on Boylston Street and visitor parking on the surrounding streets.
  • On Red Sox game days, many paid parking lots and garages start charging a $35 to $50 flat rate for parking early in the day, so you may want to consider using public transportation to travel to your appointment.

Biking

  • If you are riding to the Ansin Building on bicycle, there are bike parking posts on Boylston Street and surrounding side streets where you can park and lock your bike.
  • There is also a public bike cage in the parking garage in level P2 of our building which you can enter on Jersey Street.
  • Bicycles are not permitted inside 1340 Boylston Street

Yes. There is a Quest Lab located behind the reception desk in the first floor lobby at 1340 Boylston Street.
