Mr. Young is the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations of Integrated Pharmacy Solutions. Previously, he served as Director of Pharmacy at Beth Israel Lahey Health—Milton Hospital. David has also held various senior leadership positions in hospital, community pharmacy, regulatory, mail-order, and long-term care pharmacy for the past 27 years.
Mr. Young’s commitment to professional growth is evident in his educational achievements. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and further honed his skills with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Villanova University. He also holds a Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist Certification. He is pursuing a master’s in jurisprudence in Health Law, Policy, and Management from Texas A&M University, a testament to his dedication to staying abreast of the latest developments in his field.
Mr. Young’s professional affiliation with the Massachusetts Society of Health-System (MSHP) and the Massachusetts Pharmacist Association (MPhA). He is a member of Bristol Myers Squibb’s Institutional Biosafety Committee and Taunton Opiate Substance Use Task Force.
