Diane was most recently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Boston University, serving more than 10,000 employees domestically and across the globe. She has spent more than 20 years in Human Resources – focusing most of her career in academic medical centers.
Prior to arriving at Boston University, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Columbia University Medical Center; Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelis Care New York; Vice President of Human Resources at NYU Downtown Hospital and Executive Director of Human Resources at University of Chicago Hospitals.
Diane is a former member of the Board of Visitors, former Dinner Party Co-Chair, and former Dinner Party committee member.
