Julian Serrao is a Consultant at SDI Communications, a leadership and management consulting firm that works with senior leadership to produce dramatic shifts in organizational performance.
Prior to SDI, Julian worked with startups, design labs, non-profit and consulting firms in the education sector on a broad array of initiatives ranging from developing an in-district K12 innovation lab to planning a collective impact hub for student advising.
Julian is the former Co-Chair of Fenway Health’s Young Leaders Council Steering Committee. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Anthropology.
