Julian Serrao is the Chief of Staff in the Office of the President of a private foundation. Previously, he served as a Senior Consultant at SDI Communications, a leadership and management consulting firm that works with senior leadership to produce dramatic shifts in organizational performance.
Prior to SDI, he worked as an independent education consultant with startups, design labs, and nonprofit and consulting firms in the education sector on initiatives ranging from developing an in-district K-12 innovation lab to planning a collective impact hub for student advising.
Julian is the former Co-Chair of Fenway Health’s Young Leaders Council Steering Committee. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Anthropology.
