Mike Yepes is a social impact consultant at The Bridgespan Group, a management consulting firm headquartered in Boston, MA. In this position he helps social change leaders to advance solutions to economic and social barriers that perpetuate inequities through strategy consulting and advising, sourcing and diligence, and leadership team support.
Prior to joining The Bridgespan Group, Mike was a bilingual Patient Health Navigator at Fenway Health, where he helped provide both English and Spanish-speaking patients with HIV/STI testing, sexual health education and counseling, linkage to primary care services, and referrals for health insurance enrollment through MassHealth. Mike’s healthcare background also includes clinical research positions, having served as a project manager at the Yale School of Public Health and a clinical research coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Mike holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, MPH from Yale School of Public Health, and BS in Neuroscience from Brown University.
