Tej Nuthulaganti, MS, MPH, is a Senior Director for Health Workforce– Universal Health Coverage at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), a global health organization in 35+ countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Since joining CHAI in 2009, Tej has lived in South Africa, Rwanda and Liberia where he worked on national strategic planning, resource mobilization and academic partnerships. Tej currently resides in Cambridge and oversees health workforce programming across the organization and serves as Co-Chair of CHAI’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. He also currently serves as a global health advisor for Yale University and the University of Liberia College of Health Sciences. Earlier in his career, Tej served as a research assistant at Partners In Health and manager at TD Bancorp.
Tej holds an MPH in global health from Harvard University. He additionally holds an MS and BA in Biology from Rutgers University.
