Jennifer Alberti, L.Ac.
Jen started as a Detox Acupuncturist at Fenway Health in July 2013 and was promoted to Fenway’s Senior Acupuncturist in 2015. She earned her Master’s in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. In addition to her work at Fenway, Jen is an acupuncturist at South Shore Community Acupuncture in Quincy, where she treats both pediatric and adult patients.
Melissa Savage, LICSW, LADC
Melissa is an Addiction Specialist and Therapist in the Behavioral Health Program. She has worked at Fenway Health since 2011. Melissa received a Master of Social Work from the University of New England in 2005
and a Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling from the University of New England in 1995. She is also recognized as a Massachusetts Problem Gambling Specialist (MA PGS). Melissa is committed to provide trauma-informed treatment services.
Frank Fleming, MPH, LICSW, LADC
Frank specialized his graduate training in substance use treatment and has been working in substance use treatment programs since 1997. He has experience working in youth development and school-based substance abuse prevention programs, homeless shelters, HIV prevention programs and as a behavioral health outpatient provider.
He began working for Fenway Health in 2001, initially as Manager of HIV Prevention Education and, since 2006, as Manager of Medical Social Work and Substance Abuse Services. Frank currently oversees the implementation of behavioral health services into the primary care environment. He supervises the medical case management team, the team of integrated therapists and the substance use treatment program.
