We are incredibly excited and grateful to announce that Fenway Health received our shipment of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine today. The arrival of the vaccine – here at Fenway and across the country – is an incredible advancement for public health and a testament to the work of countless researchers, scientists, medical professionals, manufacturing staff, and volunteers. While the battle against this pandemic is far from over, the vaccine offers much needed hope for the future.
In the coming days and weeks, Fenway Health staff will begin receiving vaccinations in accordance to Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidance. This will be a critical step forward for the health and safety of both our staff and our patients. Please note that we do not yet have vaccine to distribute to patients. We will be updating our COVID-19 vaccine information page as we learn more about that process.
