We are pleased to announce that Dr. Kenneth Mayer, Co‑Chair and Medical Research Director at The Fenway Institute, was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award for HIV Prevention Research from the AIDS Society of India at the ASICON annual meeting, held in Chennai from November 22-24.
AIDS Society of India (ASI) is a professional non-profit membership organization of medical doctors and researchers in HIV/AIDS aiming to promote and disseminate clinically oriented medical teaching and coordinated medical management of HIV disease. Dr. Mayer is a member of ASI’s international faculty. This award recognizes Dr. Mayer’s decades of leadership and groundbreaking research in the field of worldwide HIV prevention.
