Fenway Health 2017 Harbor To The Bay Team Raise Outstanding $281,000

On Tuesday, December 19, we were honored to have Harbor to the Bay President James Morgrage visit Fenway Health for a special check presentation ceremony from this year’s ride. The total raised for Fenway Heath from Ride 15 was $281,097 – an outstanding amount!

Our two Harbor to the Bay teams – Team YLC and Team Fenway – did an incredible job this year. Team YLC, which represents our Young Leaders Council, raised $61,657.29 and Team Fenway raised $54,868.15. A special thank you goes out to our top fundraisers: Skyler Brader, who raised $15,702; Philip Finch, who raised $12,800.23; Nan Dumas, who raised $9,250; and Tim Fitzgerald, who raised $6,300.

Launched in 2003, the Harbor to the Bay (H2B) bike ride from Boston to Provincetown has raised over $4 million for four local HIV/AIDS organizations: Fenway Health, AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod, Community Research Initiative (CRI), and AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts (AAC).  100% of all rider-received pledges has gone directly to these beneficiaries.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who rode, crewed, and donated to Team Fenway and Team YLC this year! Your support helps us keep providing lifesaving programs and services for everyone in our community.
