Fenway Health Establishes Operational Leadership Committee

Fenway Health is establishing a new operational leadership committee to help improve operational alignment across all parts of the organization. The members of this leadership committee represent the many components and job responsibilities that make up Fenway Health. Members will meet weekly and will collectively contribute to our continuing efforts to keep moving Fenway forward.

Leadership committee members include:

  • Alicia Anderson, Director of Quality Improvement and Risk
  • Michelle Bordeu, Vice President of Public Health and AIDS Action
  • Philip Finch, Vice President of Communications
  • Alex Gonzalez, Medical Director
  • Tim Harwood, Vice President of Development
  • Sue Kelley, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources
  • Elizabeth Nahar, Director of Administration and Planning for The Fenway Institute
  • Jane Powers, interim Chief of Staff
  • Carl Sciortino, Vice President of Government and Community Relations
  • Nancy Starbuck, interim Chief Operating Officer
  • Frank Zola, acting Chief Financial Officer

Recruitment is presently underway for the Executive Director of Nursing, who will also serve on the leadership committee.

The purpose of this leadership committee is to strengthen our mission by building collaborative working relationships between all facets of Fenway; in doing so, we hope to improve our education, efficiencies, operations, and processes. All of this is done with the ultimate goal of making Fenway an even stronger organization for the patients and clients we serve.
