We have an update on our transition of all patient care and services from Fenway: South End and the Borum at 142 Berkeley Street to the Fenway Ansin Building at 1340 Boylston Street. We will be moving the weekend of September 14 – 15, 2024. Starting Monday, September 16, all appointments, pharmacy and lab services will take place at 1340 Boylston. Any appointments you have on or before September 13 will still take place at 142 Berkeley Street.
If you are a Fenway: South End or Borum patient, we look forward to continuing your care at our new 1340 Boylston Street home!
With this move, we are bringing together the care services you need in one place including primary care, behavioral health, reproductive health, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, HIV care, dentistry, optometry, radiology, a full-service pharmacy, and more. We also offer Saturday services, including medical appointments, the pharmacy, and Quest Labs.
What you need to know:
- Your care team and how to contact them: If you are a Fenway: South End or Borum patient, your care team is not changing. You can reach them through MyChart or by calling 617.247.7555.
- The pharmacy: Any prescriptions you have at the 142 Berkeley pharmacy will automatically be transferred to the 1340 Boylston pharmacy after September 13. You can continue to use our pharmacy’s home delivery service after your prescriptions have transferred to 1340.
- The lab: There is a Quest Lab located in the first-floor lobby at 1340 Boylston, and all lab orders from 142 Berkeley will be handled at 1340 Boylston after September 13.
- How to get to 1340 Boylston Street: 1340 Boylston Street, is accessible by public transportation and there is paid parking if you drive by car. You can find directions to 1340 Boylston Street here.
