The Massachusetts Health Connector is the state’s Federal Marketplace for resources and shopping to find high-quality, affordable health and dental plans from a wide range of Insurance plan carriers and a wide range of cost options. You may even be able to get federal premium tax credits if you qualify.

Certified though The SHINE Program, we can provide free and unbiased health information, counseling, and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries of all ages and their caregivers and helps seniors (and younger disabled Medicare beneficiaries) understand their Medicare benefits and other health insurance options, help setting up Medicare enrollment around the time you turn 65 or become Medicare eligible, help fill out the applications, work together to complete an annual Medicare medication check to make sure you are on the best Advantage or Prescription Drug plan, and gather the necessary documentation.

These insurance plans and coverage types are for low to medium income individuals and families. They use state and federal rules to decide if you or your family members qualify for benefits. If you are eligible, you will receive the most complete coverage that you qualify for.

These programs can cover the costs of doctor visits, hospital stays, AI services, CoPay assistance, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, prescription drugs, dental care, optometry, specialty care, transgender healthcare, and emergency care.

Our Financial Assistance Specialist are certified with the Commonwealth to give you the most accurate and update to date information from MassHealth and The Health Connector, and are also SHINE certified to help Medicare-eligible patients.
