May 6-12 marks National Nurses Week, and here at Fenway Health, we couldn’t be more grateful for our amazing nursing staff! We’d like to take this opportunity to celebrate and thank our nurses for their commitment to excellence and for showing up each day to provide affirming, comprehensive care to our patients.
Nurses give much of themselves and ask for very little in return. So nurses, this week, take a moment to breathe in your greatness! It takes a lot to care for others and to be intuitive about the needs of your patients. The nursing code of ethics is to advocate and protect the rights, health, and safety of the patient. Always remember: nurses make a huge difference in every aspect of healthcare – their presence and voices are needed and so important!
