Volunteering with Fenway Health

Please let us know your availability and interest in volunteering. We’ll use your answers below to help craft a volunteer experience that is right for you.

Effort levels:

• Light Lift – Helping out with a specific project or event
  These projects typically involve a quick training and a few hours of work.
  Examples: Being a route monitor at Strides for Action, or checking guests in at a Fenway event.
  
• Medium Lift – Require some leadership and deeper personal commitment
  These projects typically require more training and include more support from Fenway staff. They would last a couple of months and likely include attendance/participation/fundraising goals.
  Examples: Coordinating a peer-to-peer fundraising team, running a pit stop during Harbor to the Bay, or serving as a table captain at a Fenway fundraiser.
  
• Heavy Lift – Deep commitment and sustained leadership
  These projects typically include committee, task force, or event leadership, or Board membership. They also require a strong connection to the community and the ability to lead and motivate others.
  Examples: Serving as Chair or Co-Chair for an event, committee leadership, and Board membership (being selected to be on our Board of Directors involves a rigorous application and interview process).
