Liliana Silva

Liliana (Lili) Silva. Liliana has over 20 years experience as a community health center executive. Prior to joining Fenway Health, she was a Vice President at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center (EBNHC). During her 17 year tenure at EBNHC, Liliana established EBNHC’s Education and Training Institute, an innovative workforce development program, and provided administrative oversight across clinical and patient access departments (call center, scheduling, registration, insurance enrollment and referrals).

Liliana has been working in the field of community health since 1990. She is an accomplished administrator who started her career as an educator and youth outreach worker. She has extensive experience developing and managing youth development and workforce programs. Prior to joining EBNHC she was the Administrative Director of the School-Based Health Center Program at Lynn Community Health Center. She has extensive experience developing and managing programs to provide quality services to marginalized communities.

Liliana has a proven capacity to work in the non-profit sector. She has effectively established collaborative partnerships across a range of institutions with a goal of providing high-quality services and programs to marginalized communities. She has served on the Board of the Mass Coalition of School Based Health Center, and is currently on the Board of Trustees at MassBay Community College.

Liliana was born and raised in Chile and is bilingual (and bicultural) in Spanish and English. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont and a Master’s Degree in Management of Human Services from Brandeis University’s Heller School. In 2016 Liliana was a Fellow in the University of Massachusetts Boston Emerging Leaders Program. In 2023 she received DEI Champion Certificate from Bentley University. In May, Liliana will receive a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
