Liz Southwick, RN, has over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles. Before coming to Fenway, she was the Director of Nursing at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, responsible for upholding nursing practice standards across the organization. She developed high-quality professional development programs for nurses and medical assistants during her tenure and chaired the Nursing Practice Council.
Liz is an experienced nurse and also an Epic Certified Clinical Analyst Builder. In her previous role, she oversaw the nurse informatics program, ensuring smooth reporting of Nurse Quality Measures and other dashboard indicators. She was a key contributor to developing and implementing nursing workflows that align with ACO, Patient-Centered Medical Home, HRSA, and JC requirements.
