Fenway Health will be shutting down at 5 PM on December 24 and December 31 and will be closed on December 25 and January 1 for Christmas and New Year’s.

Fenway Health COO Rob Swann

Rob Swann is Fenway Health’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Rob oversees health center operations, pharmacy, quality, risk management, IT, data analytics, Epic, and works with leaders and staff across the organization and community to advance Fenway’s strategic priorities and goals.

Rob began his healthcare career as an RN and has held progressive management roles over the past 20+ years with a background in LGBTQIA+ care, gender-affirming care, HIV prevention and management, emergency services, urgent care, inpatient/outpatient services, and labor relations.  He is passionate about leading diverse teams with a focus on achieving high quality outcomes and providing an exemplary patient and family experience.

He comes to Fenway from Outer Cape Health Services where he oversaw operations of their health centers and their specialty service lines serving 20,000 patients. Before that, Rob was Vice President of Operations for Southcoast Health System in New Bedford, MA and Chief Nursing Officer at Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY

A native of Western New York, Rob and his husband Daniel are excited to be in Boston as members of the Fenway Health community.
