Learning means that we ask questions to understand, and embrace opportunities to learn, iterate, and improve.
We believe strongly in the importance of community engagement and are always open to feedback from our patients, clients, staff, and community. By keeping this continuous dialogue open, we are able to learn from mistakes, identify new opportunities for improvement, better serve the folks that we care for, and grow together as a Fenway Health community.
