Raedjio Naro, NP (she/hers), joined Fenway Health in 2023.
She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and award-winning Critical Care Registered Nurse. A graduate of Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing, Raedjio received her Diploma of Nursing in 2017. She began her career as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Magee-Women’s of UPMC on the Adult ICU. Raedjio received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and was certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) in 2018. She became a staff Clinical Nurse II at UC San Diego Health-Hillcrest in the Critical Care Unit in 2019 where she worked on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, she also worked at San Diego State University (SDSU) in their Student Health Services. Raedjio completed an HIV Internship at the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center (AETC) at the Owen Clinic at UCSD Health in 2022. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University of San Diego in 2023 and received her diploma of Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP), summa cum laude.
Raedjio’s professional associations include the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health (NSRH), American College Health Association (ACHA). She is both a DAISY Award honoree (2018) and repeat nominee (2020).
Her practice centers on two foundational nursing approaches- patient-centered and trauma-informed care. Raedjio believes that patients and families know themselves best, and her role is to provide high-quality information and support in the spirit of collaboration and shared decision making.
Raedjio can be found enjoying time with her husband, two children, three rescue mutts, and wonderful friends. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and while she often loses, she enjoys playing Super Nintendo with her family.
