Shiliu Wang (they/them) joined Fenway Health in 2023. Shiliu is a graduate of the Yale School of Nursing, where they also completed the Gender and Sexuality Health Justice Concentration. Prior to nursing school Shiliu was engaged in a variety of community organizing efforts in the Greater Boston area around issues of immigration and economic justice, anti-displacement efforts in Chinatown and political education in the Asian American community. Shiliu is a firm believer in liberation medicine, trauma informed care, collaborative decision-making and that the patient knows their body best. They strive to be an advocate of and partner to patients within our complex and challenging healthcare system.
