Janet Mulligan, RN, is Executive Director of Nursing at Fenway Health, where she oversees a large and diverse staff across multiple locations. She oversees all elements of Nursing, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, and the Occupational Health, Infection Control, and Case Management programs.

 Janet has over 30 years of nursing experience in various hospital and outpatient settings. Prior to working at Fenway, she was the Chief Nursing Officer at South End Community Health Center. Janet has also held multiple administrative and management nursing roles for healthcare organizations including Massachusetts General Hospital and Shriner’s Hospital for Children. She is well versed in the PCMH requirements and certification process and has built nursing teams with patient care as the top priority.

A native of Milton, Massachusetts, Janet holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from Northeastern University.  Janet joined Fenway Health in 2018.
