Fenway Health will be shutting down at 5 PM on December 24 and December 31 and will be closed on December 25 and January 1 for Christmas and New Year’s.

Online Appointment Scheduling Now Available At FenwayHealth.org

As part of our continuing efforts to make it even easier for our patients to access high quality, affirming care, Fenway Health is now offering online appointment scheduling. Our new appointment scheduling system currently allows new and existing patients to schedule Medical and Optometry appointments in four easy steps. Simply enter your patient information, choose the type of appointment you’d like to make, select a date and time that works for you, and confirm.

Please note that appointment options include telehealth visits, a great service which many patients have already utilized as an alternative to in-person visits during the current COVID-19 challenges.

Due to COVID-19, until further notice we:

  • ARE NOT scheduling in-person visits online for our Medical Department
  • ARE scheduling video visits online for our Medical Department
  • ARE still scheduling in-person visits online for routine eye exams in our Optometry Department; however, there may be a delay in appointment availability due to the evolving situation

If you believe you need to be seen in-person for a Medical visit, please call patient services to schedule your appointment at 617.927.6000.

If you are having an urgent eye-related issue or concern, please call the Optometry department at 617.927.6190 for further assistance to discuss scheduling a telehealth appointment.
