Help us learn how life experiences affect our health and our community!
Fenway Health is working with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to conduct a research study called the Life + Health study that looks at how life experiences affect our health and the health of the community. Participants will complete a 2-part 60-minute survey, sharing thoughts and feelings about their lives, health, and health habits. After completing the study, participants will receive either a $40 Amazon, Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, Star Market, or America’s Food Basket gift card.

*This study is for Fenway Health patients between the ages of 25-64 who were also born in the United States.
